- Developed a Bayesian Clustering method to perform subclonal deconvolution from whole-genome sequencing, using Stochastic Variational Inference, PyTorch and Pyro.
- Developed a pipeline to flag and quantify tumor contamination in healthy biopsies.
- Worked in developing a tool to perform quality control of copy-number alteration inference from whole-genome sequencing data.
