Gelman)”* I am a graduate student in computational biology with a background in data science and scientific computing. I am passionate about probabilistic models, deep learning, and cancer genomics. Currently, I am focusing on developing deep generative models to integrate single-cell multi-omics data.

    • Developed a Bayesian Clustering method to perform subclonal deconvolution from whole-genome sequencing, using Stochastic Variational Inference, PyTorch and Pyro.
    • Developed a pipeline to flag and quantify tumor contamination in healthy biopsies.
    • Worked in developing a tool to perform quality control of copy-number alteration inference from whole-genome sequencing data.
